Welcome to DJ's Singing Dove. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservations

A signed agreement and/or required deposit may be necessary to secure your event date. Reservations are confirmed only after payment requirements have been met. Event dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your scheduled event unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Dove Welfare

The health, safety, and well-being of our trained homing doves are our highest priority. All dove releases are conducted using professionally trained homing doves in safe and appropriate conditions.

For the safety of our birds, Pure Elegance Dove Release reserves the right to delay, modify, relocate, or cancel any release if weather conditions, environmental hazards, predators, or other circumstances could place the doves at risk.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event information, including date, time, and location.

• Ensure the release area is reasonably safe and free from known hazards.

• Notify us immediately of any changes to the event schedule or location.

• Follow all instructions provided by our staff during the release ceremony.

5. Weather & Safety

Dove releases cannot be performed during unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to severe storms, lightning, heavy rain, high winds, excessive heat, or other hazardous conditions.

If weather prevents the release, we will work with you to reschedule or offer another appropriate solution in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

6. Changes to Your Event

Requests to change the event date, time, or location should be made as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, availability cannot be guaranteed.

7. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Cancellation Policy. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

8. Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing, DJ's Singing Dove may photograph or record portions of the event for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media. We will always respect requests for privacy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pure Elegance Dove Release is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, venue policies, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

10. Animal Care

Our doves are professionally trained homing birds and are never released in conditions that could endanger their health or ability to return home safely. We reserve the right to refuse any release that does not meet humane animal care standards.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, emergencies, pandemics, government actions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which DJ's Singing Dove operates.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
