Service Area

DJ's Singing Dove proudly provides dove release services within our designated service area. Events outside our standard service area may be accommodated for an additional travel fee. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Event Arrival

Our team will arrive before your scheduled event time to prepare for the dove release. We ask that all event details, including the location, start time, and contact information, are confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

Delivery of Memorial Products

If your order includes memorial keepsakes, urns, jewelry, or other merchandise, delivery or shipping times will be provided at the time of purchase.

• In-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Special-order or personalized items may require additional production time.

• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and shipping carrier schedules.

Shipping

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout or provided with your invoice. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive any available tracking information.

DJ's Singing Dove is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Event Delays

If your event is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes, additional fees may apply if extended waiting time or travel adjustments are required.

Weather Conditions

The safety of our trained homing doves is our highest priority. If severe weather or unsafe conditions make a release unsafe, we may postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel the service. We will work closely with you to determine the best available option.

Incorrect Information

Please ensure all event and delivery information is accurate. DJ's Singing Dove is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, inaccurate event details, or incomplete contact information.
